Return Policy

• As each piece is painstakingly handpainted/ handprinted only after you place an order , we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds.
• Incase of Damage upon delivery - 
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory for processing any refund or replacement
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition, without any cuts or edits.
  • The unboxing video must be shared within 1 - 2 days of delivery of package. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
